URINE CHECK-IT, Wins CES 2024 Innovation Award

D&C Biotechnology, which developed the next-generation urine chemistry analyzer (Urine Check-IT), announced on the 16th that it received an innovation award at the world’s largest electronics exhibition, ‘CES 2024’.

 

The CES Innovation Award is an award presented by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) of the United States to the product with the most outstanding technology and innovation among the exhibits prior to the opening of CES, the world’s largest IT and electronics exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA every January.

 

D&C Biotechnology’s ‘Urine Check-IT’, which won the innovation award in the digital healthcare category, consists of a urine chemistry analyzer equipped with a flexible type sensor and a cup type urine test kit. It is an innovative product that fundamentally blocks contamination, infection, and inconvenience in the test process of the existing urine test method used in medical sites around the world, securing convenience and stability for medical personnel, and solving the waste of medical personnel. 

 

D&C Biotechnology CEO Park Sung-soo said, “I am honored to receive the Innovation Award at CES for the first time, and I think it is very meaningful that our product’s technology and innovation have been recognized worldwide.” He also expressed his bold ambition, saying, “We will continue to solve various problems in medical settings around the world based on our excellent technology and lead innovation in the digital healthcare market.”
